- Fixed Price Model designed for well defined services that are provided either on a contracted basis for a specified length of time or as a specified delivery.
- Time and Materials Model designed for projects and consulting assignments where the payment is based on number of man-hours and cost of material resources spent on the project taking into account the specific inputs required to achieve a defined output.
- Hybrid Model in which an initial pre-study is conducted on a Time and Materials basis and then the project is undertaken under a Fixed Bid model.
- Rolling Team Model designed to provide staffing to cover the required skills and experience necessary for a project at a given point in time, minimizing assigned staff overheads.
- Service Level Agreement Model designed to provide a defined set of services in which price is determined by the level of performance actually delivered and can include result oriented bonuses and penalties.
